Regal Components offers the manufactures, distributors and end users in the moldmaking industry custom core pins, sleeves ejectors, blades and punches.
Regal Special Mold & Die Components can be precision ground to a tolerance of ±0.000050" in lengths up to 14" with tip diameters as small as 0.002". Featuring surface finishes to 2 RMS, they can be custom manufactured from tool steels such as M2, A2, H13, S7, PM-M4, PM-10V, 420 and 440 stainless steels and beryllium-free copper alloys. Components can also be polished, coated and plated for additional wear resistance and lubricity.
Suitable for a wide range of OEM requirements, Regal Special Mold & Die Components can incorporate details including tapers, rings, vents, ribs and spiral shaped using wire EDM. Applications include molding a variety of medical, electronic and consumer products that require extreme precision, such as needles, sheaves, closures, nipples, pipettes, IV connectors, shavers, electronic components and writing instruments.
