Punch Industry USA is a high-capacity one-stop shop that can outfit customer molds with off-the-shelf pins and custom mold components — including but not limited to — round pins, cores, cavities, full-stacks and threaded parts, ultimately freeing up a shop’s personnel for other tasks like building molds. Custom rounds from 1 pc to 10,000+ are available.
With the support of its 12 ISO-regulated manufacturing facilities, Punch Industry also supplies custom steel and carbide cores, cavities, pins, blades, ejectors, bushings, sleeves, valve pins and more.
Each facility features in-house heat treating and coating, and over 2,000 specialized machines, including cutting, grinding and EDM. Utilizing specialized grinding machines, such as DedTru and over 20 Rollomatics, the company says it can supply high quantities of precision pins with competitive lead times and pricing.
Punch Industry USA is able to achieve medical pin diameters of ø 0.007" and a mirror-ground finish of SP3-4. According to the company, in the U.S. market, this has made it the go-to supplier for medical moldmakers and micro molders.
Punch Industry USA is a premier partner with the American Mold Builders Association (AMBA). Its mission is to support American mold builders, injection molders and manufacturers with conscientious service, quality and integrity.
