Haimer USA will demonstrate its shrink-fit machine, the Power Clamp Sprint i4.0, at Amerimold. The machine is engineered to provide superior ergonomics and integrated cooling for all types of cutting tools. Its holding fixture can shrink fit ER collets, making it perfect for Swiss-turn and live tooling. The machine features intuitive software targeted to simplify usability, an intelligent cooling system with temperature control and a 7-inch durable touchscreen display. Users can customize the machine with a laser scanner to read and set shrinking parameters automatically.
