A-Z Mould Inc. offers extensive management expertise and knowledge to deliver components that pass a strict quality control system. Once a tool is completed and ready for the first shot, the company’s process engineers work to establish a stable molding process. Initial trial samples are provided to the company’s engineering department for a complete dimensional analysis. After analysis/evaluation, A-Z Mould fine-tunes products to nominal dimensions, and a subsequent sampling is conducted if the tooling feature needs to be adjusted due to product design. The manufacturing process continues until customer satisfactions are fulfilled. Every tool that leaves the company facility is thoroughly tested and inspected to ensure it runs with maximum efficiency.
