Genius ERP has launched the Genius Version 12.2 update to its Genius ERP management system software solution, which includes new features such as Dealer Portal, Field Services, an integrated CRM tool and more. Genius ERP is built for SMEs handling make-to-order, engineer-to-order, custom-to-order, assemble-to-order manufacturing and contract manufacturers. 

Dealer Portal is a feature for custom manufacturers who sell and service their products through dealers. The Dealer Portal will allow dealers to easily and quickly configure, price and create quotes for products.

Field Services is a fully integrated module that enables the management of all aspects of a manufacturer’s service team while they are out in the field. All off-site jobs, materials and personnel can be scheduled, tracked and monitored. 

Finally, Integrated CRM (customer relationship management) is said to be a straightforward CRM made for manufacturers selling complex products. Genius CRM is fully integrated with Genius ERP, ensuring simple sales process management. Further, it helps build accurate quotes, connect sales team, centralize sales hub, manage the pipeline and close more deals.
