Trexel Hires Managing Director, Trexel Asia

Trexel announces that Patrick Tong has rejoined the company as managing director for Trexel Asia. Tong held this same position from 2004 until 2013, starting Trexel’s Asia business and building the team and infrastructure to grow in in the Asian market.  He left Trexel to pursue a general management position in another US-based company but has returned to Trexel to lead its largest and fastest-growing region. Graduating from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Tong has worked for several multinational companies in various sales, support, and general management positions over his 36-year career.  He will be based in Hong Kong and will oversee Trexel’s office in Shenzhen as well as sales and support operations throughout Asia, excluding Japan.
