Quickparts, a company that offers on-demand manufacturing services for custom 3D printing and traditional manufacturing capabilities, announces a new service offering that is reported to be as fast as same-day shipping, made possible by its adoption of new manufacturing technologies like Nexa3D’s lubricant sublayer photo-curing (LSPc) 3D printing technology, and CNC and injection molding technology.

Launching first in the U.S. with Europe following in early 2023, Quickparts Express offers rapid turnaround time for 3D-printed, CNC-machined and injection-molded custom parts and prototypes. This service offers greater supply chain reliability, Quickparts claims, thanks to localized manufacturing in both the U.S. and Europe, but with the same high quality customers expect.

“We are excited to bring our customers the speed and quality they need to meet today’s market demands,” Ziad Abou, CEO, Quickparts, says. “Quickparts Express reflects our commitment to continuous innovation and customer service. We pride ourselves on technology that helps our customers with all their projects, large and small. We’ve been working closely with Nexa3D and have adopted their industrial and desktop 3D printers, using the ultrafast LSPc 3D printing process to help meet our customers’ needs for quicker turn times and uncompromised part quality.”

According to Nina Swienton, chief marketing officer at Nexa3D, the company was founded on the “premise of digitizing supply chains sustainably by making ultrafast polymer 3D printers accessible to professionals and businesses of all sizes.”
