Women in Manufacturing Association Announces 2025 Board of Directors
WiM welcomes the election of 20 members headed into 2025, including first-term members and those who are continuing their service.
The Women in Manufacturing Association (WiM, Cleveland, Ohio) has announced the election of 20 members to its 2025 board of directors, who begin their terms on April 1, 2025. WiM is a national and global trade association specifically dedicated to supporting, promoting and inspiring women who have chosen a career in the manufacturing sector.
The board will be led by:
- Chair Danielle Schneider, applications engineer, Pridgeon and Clay, (Grand Rapids, Michigan)
- Vice Chair Jane Thomas, president, Teijin Holdings USA Inc. and Teijin Ltd. (Sausalito, California)
- Secretary Joanna Cooper, general manager, Daimler Truck North America (Mount Holly, North Carolina)
- Treasurer Angela Sams, analyst, Toyota (Georgetown, Kentucky)
- Past Chair Jana Gessner, senior vice president – environment, health and safety, PepsiCo (Waterville, Ohio).
First-term members of the 2025 WiM board are:
- Lisa Caldwell, manufacturing and automotive industry leader, Marsh (Orlando, Florida)
- Victor Coronado, vice president of manufacturing, Ventura Foods LCC (Los Angeles, California)
- Bonnie Jenkins, senior director environmental, health and safety, GE Appliances, a Haier Co. (Louisville, Kentucky)
- Andrea Sohns, principal, CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA, Milwaukee, Wisconsin)
- Rosalyn Wallace, vice president, strategy and corporate development, Magna International Inc. (Toronto, Ontario, Canada).
