In addition to its transition to an online-only event, Siemens Digital Industries Software’s (Plano, Texas) Realize LIVE will be unified with User2User (U2U) on May 26, 2021, for a content-rich, career-advancing conference. During this one-day event, a lineup of solution experts, customers and executive leaders will share real-life stories, practical lessons and actionable insights.

Further, a variety of CAM/CNC sessions are being offered (which can be viewed here), including ones on Siemens’ comprehensive and integrated NC programming, NX CAM. These particular sessions will cover what’s new, how digital manufacturing turns innovative ideas into transformative products, how Siemens’ applications address the most critical needs on the shop floor and more.

“Realize LIVE is a single place for partners, Siemens experts and customers to all come together and really talk about a similar interest in digital transformation and where we are trying to take our companies,” says Lateef Khan from Mercury Marine.

Additional NX CAM sessions include:

  • “How to Run Tomorrow’s CAD-CAM-CNC Processes, Today”: Zvi Feuer, senior vice president of Digital Manufacturing at Siemens will present the case for digital manufacturing as an imperative for driving industrial digitalization. He will be joined by Luca Manuelli, the CEO of Ansaldo Nucleare, a division of Ansaldo Energia.
  • “Make Me a Product: Tomorrow’s Manufacturing, Today”: Armin Gruenewald, VP strategy and portfolio management of Digital Manufacturing at Siemens will lead a panel discussion with the company’s experts to share the vision and concrete plans about how Siemens is expanding beyond its comprehensive CAD/CAM/CMM portfolio.

Customer sessions from Ceratizit on FreeTurn tools in NX CAM manufacturing and machining companies GROB-Werke and SixDigma are also also available on May 26, as well as additional sessions under “What’s New in NX for Manufacturing.” More details on these sessions can be found here.

On-demand sessions will be available for 30 days, until June 25.
