Union Tool’s new fractional-inch end mill series, UTi, is now available exclusively through Single Source Technologies. The UTi series offers manufacturers the superb tolerances, advanced coatings and consistent high-performance capabilities typical of metric end mills, at a fraction of the cost.
UTi series tools are available in two-flute ball end mill, two-flute square end mill, four-flute square end mill and four-flute corner radius end mill configurations with 0.25-inch and 0.50-inch shank diameter options. The tools’ chrome-based UT Coat® coating makes them ideal for a wide variety of applications, including medium steels, alloy steels and hardened materials of up to 55Hrc. The UTi series is an ideal solution for standard manufacturing applications requiring high-performance accuracy and flexibility.
