Tools Reduce Mold Handling Time for Preventative Maintenance

Die-Sep announces products to reduce mold handling time, perform tear down and re-assembly and complete more preventative maintenance. They offer mold separators and tippers that safely and easily open and tip molds, from 6-inch cubes to molds weighing up to 50,000 pounds. They also offer a portable mold water-flow and leak tester for logging mold cooling circuit flows in tool rooms. The unit can be transported to the production floor for leak checks once a mold has been put under tonnage in a press, early in the changeover process.
