SPE Mold Making & Mold Design Division Honors Arthur Stoll with 2010 Mold Designer of the Year Award
Arthur Stoll of Armin Tool & Manufacturing Co., a leading manufacturer of high volume, multi-cavity molds for plastic, was named Mold Designer of the Year 2010 by the Society of Plastics Engineers Mold Making & Mold Design Division.Stoll, who founded Armin in 1952, helped to set the industry’s bar for quality mold making, bringing his flair for ingenuity and problem-solving into every project, and nurturing the talents of those who worked at Armin through the years.Wayne Hertlein, who is Chairman of the SPE Division and a former Armin apprentice and is himself a Mold Designer of the Year honoree (2004), presented the award to Art Stoll and had this to say: “It was both and honor and a privilege to present Art with the 2010 Mold Designer of the year award.
