Sodick Hosts Mold Design Training
This two-day mold design training event will take place on May 1-2, 2019, at Sodick’s headquarters in Schaumburg, Illinois.
In partnership with the American Injection Molding (AIM) Institute, a training event focused on mold design will be hosted by Sodick Inc. This two-day event will take place on May 1-2, 2019, at the company’s headquarters in Schaumburg, Illinois.
Instructed by David Rose, a senior instructor from AIM, the course will discuss the five key systems of molds and how those systems affect the part quality. Attendees will analyze common mold components and systems, learn strategies for optimizing a mold design to improve part quality and identify certain questions to ask during a mold design review with a customer.
