PCS Company Promotes Oil Filtration Solutions

PCS Company, alongside Filtroil, offers the injection molding and die casting industries oil filtration solutions engineered to achieve ISO Cleanliness Code targets and ensure quality, clean oil to improve the performance and life expectancy of all mold components. 

PCS Company refers to solutions such as dedicated by-pass filtration on a hydraulic reservoir or a portable solution for light and heavy applications. Filtroil’s black gold oil filter cart (BGFC), for example, is a dedicated by-pass filtration system that filters down between 1-5 microns and is said will maintain cleanliness levels several grades cleaner than brand new oil; this helps extend the life of the oil itself, as well as lubricated components. Overall, BGFC’s increased filtration accuracy prevents wear in hydraulic, gear and diesel engine oil systems.

Additional features include an automatic high/low pressure shutdown system for unattended operation, a sample port for easily drawn oil samples and a Laser Particle Counter Option for real-time oil conditions.
