Harbour Results Inc. (HRI), a business and operational consulting firm for the manufacturing industry, has hired Lisa Lehman as business development manager. She will use her manufacturing experience and over a decade of traditional and non-traditional manufacturing sales knowledge to help HRI achieve its near- and long-term business growth goals.

HRI provides a customized approach to its small- to medium-sized manufacturing clients. Lehman will help align a client’s needs with HRI’s solutions, including assessments, strategic development, operational improvements and benchmarking to address the individual challenges a business is facing.

“We are excited to have Lisa join HRI in this newly created role,” Laurie Harbour, HRI president and CEO, says. “Helping clients improve their business is what we do, and adding Lisa’s skills, experience and existing relationship in the industry to our team will help us achieve that.”

Lehman has extensive experience managing large accounts and teams, and a solid track record of providing results and exceeding goals. Prior to joining HRI, Lehman was senior director, market development at Carbon Inc., where she educated customers on the benefits of additive manufacturing (AM) in traditional and non-traditional manufacturing environments.

“Being a part of the manufacturing industry, I was familiar with HRI and its commitment to helping North American manufacturing,” Lehman says. “I am thrilled to join the team and utilize my skills and knowledge to help the company and the industry improve.”
