Increasing Electrode Efficiency at Cavalier Tool & Manufacturing

Cavalier Tool & Manufacturing is roughly three to five times faster than its current process. They reduced their handwork by as much as ten times. The throughput is "phenomenal".  They went from outsourcing about $600,000 a year in EDM and pulling that back in with a single machine using Delcam software. The cost savings in the electrode, the labor, the handwork and the throughput of the machine far outweigh the machine.
