Kitamura Machinery Of USA Inc. has two vertical, five-axis machining centers. The Mytrunnion-4G is a full five-axis machining center capable of high-quality surface finishes. It was designed for the machining of small- to medium-sized complex parts in a single set-up. The Mytrunnion-4G vertical machining center has a positioning accuracy of ±0.002 mm (0.000079")/full stroke, and a repeatability of ±0.001 mm (0.000039"). This particular product was designed to machine parts for the medical, aerospace and general machining industries.

Kitamura’s Mycenter-3XT 4+1 five-axis vertical machining center offers a generous work envelope, integrated fourth/fifth-axis trunnion style table, powerful 35HP spindle and high-performance 40 tool automatic tool changer of the Mycenter-3XT 4+1. This center comes with a standard base wash system, internal chip augers and a scraper-type chip conveyor. Like the Mytrunnion-4G, this center was designed to machine with high precision.
