Designed to help optimize injection molding performance, the DME Intelligent Temperature Control System offers a small footprint and plug-and-play compatibility with a range of hot runner systems. It can be easily installed or retrofitted on a variety of machines, and can be expanded to meet changing requirements. The unit’s plug-and-play system architecture does not require any external service.

The modular temperature control system is based on six-zone, 15A control cards with a maximum of 48 zones. Its small-footprint cabinets come in a desk-mounting case for as many as 12 zones and a stand-up case for as many as 48 zones. The systems also are equipped with self-diagnostic testing tools that enable users to confirm that zones are functioning properly. Dedicated trolley bases and alarm beacons are also available for both cases. The Allin-One zone controller card features current measurement, ground fault detection, dual-line switching, TC input fusing and dual-line output fusing.
