Here’s just a quick sneak peek at some of products exhibitors like Husky, Frigel, Barnes Molding Solutions brands and Hasco will be displaying in their booths at K 2019.
As the world’s leading trade fair for plastics and rubber, K 2019 has many exciting things for attendees to see and learn about. This event, to be held October 16-23 in Dusseldorf, Germany, will not only have hot topics covering key industry themes and special shows and discussions dedicated to trend-setting developments and innovations, but it will also be host to exhibitors from around the globe.
If you want to prepare for this year’s show, then it helps to keep up to date on the types of products you’ll be seeing at K 2019. Here’s just a quick sneak peek at some of products exhibitors will be displaying in their booths.
Injection Molding Solutions Designed to Meet Global Demands for Plastic Production
Husky Injection Molding Systems will feature solutions for every market need, focusing on new, innovative technologies that meet the changing global demands of plastic producers at K 2019. The company’s booth will offer an interactive experience, showcasing latest innovations.
Cooling Solutions Portfolio Offers High Performance Cooling Capacity
Frigel will bring a complete portfolio of advanced cooling solutions for the plastics industry at K 2019. The company will display the latest upgrade of internationally patented adiabatic fluid cooler, Ecodry System in a glycol-free, self-draining configuration, with an inverter driven pumping station and advanced digital control panel. It will also present the traditional ranges of Microgel for Injection Molding (RCM/D Series), single and dual zone, for molding throughputs and Microgel for Packaging (RCP Series). These mold cooling units provide cooling cycle time reductions up to 50%.
Mold and Hot Runner Technology Combines Temperature and Process Control
At K 2019, Barnes Molding Solutions, including brands Foboha, Gammaflux, männer, Priamus, Synventive and Thermoplay, covers the entire spectrum of moldmaking and hot runner technology, including temperature control and process control technology. Foboha will present the Plug ‘n Play Compactcube for rapid implementation and easy maintenance, as well as its Reversecube, a system of counter-rotating cubes on an Arburg injection molding machine, which replaces several molding machines and automated assembly units with a single system.
Ring Adapters Remove Need for Machining
Where the machine and mold have different diameters, Hasco’s locating ring adapters Z7500/... enable tool-free adaption with no need for machining. The spring washers supplied with the adapter ensure its frictional tensioning. A large lead-in chamfer allows easy installation in the injection mould with an 8 mm guide. Lever slots are provided as a dismantling aid.
