The system, along with its software, counts overall cycles in addition to reading and acting upon key indicators, such as cavity temperature and pressure. The system also counts good and bad parts, and can trigger alarms or command the robot to accept or reject parts. Information can be exported to production monitoring systems and can help improve OEE.
