Shoulderless Guide Bush Can be Axially Secured

Hasco’s Z11 guide bush has no shoulder, making is suitable for use when there is no supplementary mold plate for axially securing the bush or if the plate in which the bush sits makes an additional demolding movement, as in the case of molds with stripper plates, for example.

A collar and Z67 circlip prevent axial displacement. The guide bush also comes with a corresponding securing groove that helps ensure precise guidance in the mold.
