Die-Sep will feature its Mini Die-Sep, a 79"-long mold separator and tipper that handles molds as heavy as 2,000 lbs. Just like the company’s original, larger version of the device, the Mini uses magnets to “mount” the mold to the platens and hydraulics to open, tip and close the mold. It features a maximum opening of 36", and both platens are capable of tipping the respective halves.

The company also will show its portable Mold Water Leak Tester, which features heavy-duty casters and a fork pocket for longer moves, 12 individual circuits, and a circuit for connecting through a mold’s water manifold. The unit’s water pump delivers 3 gpm at as much as 45 psi. The system can be pressurized to 125 psi with shop air through an air supply valve.
