Crest Mold Technology highlighted its work to establish new standards for plastic parts with improved physical characteristics and reduced weight by taking advantage of latent heat principles and using conformal cooling lines to run water, air and steam sequences.

The shop also announced that it recently became a North American distributor for Matsui steam controllers and says it is supplying its Crest REX rapid energy exchange system using a Matsui controller to the Center for Industrial Application of Microcellular Plastics (CIAMP) at the University of Toronto.
