Roehr Tool Corporation’s one- to four-cavity ProtoBridge tool is a pre-engineered, four-cavity mold system that uses the company’s dovetail, collapsible cores to develop caps and closures with internal undercuts.
Designed to reduce product development costs, the mold system can be converted from one part design to another while still in the press. It can be reused without constructing dedicated mold bases for every new product. The system is available in two sizes, which cover cap and closure part diameters ranging from 5/8" to 2" in diameter.
The company also features its DT core retention sleeve component, which is designed to protect the molded part from damage during ejection without compromising mold design simplicity or performance.
Roehr Tool will be at amerimold 2012 in Booth 605. Register today for a free exhibit hall pass and a $50 conference discount compliments of MoldMaking Technology.
