The company builds Class A unscrewing molds for threaded parts, and they specialize in molds that run in 650-ton presses or smaller. They provide a patented Programmable Electric Rotating Core (PERC) system, which is fully programmable and accurate. Users can program an unlimited number of profiles and repeatability is absolute, making it useful for electric molding machines and clean rooms. The company builds and programs the control cabinet, so it is ready to run at users’ facilities. One cabinet can also be used with multiple molds, and the system requires little to no maintenance.
The company also assists customers with any repair, maintenance or engineering changes that may be required, whether they built the tooling or not, and they offer sampling, troubleshooting and “tuning up” of underperforming molds.
