Die-Sep will introduce the 88"-long, 6,000-lb-capacity Minuteman mold separator and tipper, which is capable of opening to a total of 60" and can handle stack molds. The unit closes to 5", allowing for not only opening, tipping and closing, but also high-spot bluing of molds with stack heights of only 6"

Ballscrews attached to the platens are used to open, close and tip molds or mold sections. Once turned on, magnets imbedded in both platens instantly mount the mold. When turned off, the machine automatically demagnetizes the mold. Locator ring channels that are 7" wide eliminate the need to remove the rings. The channels also provide a pathway for sprue bars on stack molds.
