Visitors to the Fast Heat booth (626) will be able to interact with the company’s high-cavitation hot runner temperature controller, the Pulse, and its new touchscreen technology. The new Pulse interface operates the same way as the former display, only now users touch the screen directly.

The Pulse features a proprietary algorithm that enables it to better hold steady temperatures. The controller manages all zones as a complete system while predicting temperature behavior and reacting to trends, making it well-suited for challenging part designs, hard-to-mold materials, color changes and less-specialized machinery.

Fast Heat also will display its new Cable and Connector Builder, an online tool that enables customers to build and purchase custom cables and then save the information for future needs. Preview this technology at
