Mastip’s G5 tip and H5 nut combination is designed for improved resistance to abrasive polymers, resulting in reduced wear and tear, and therefore reduced downtime for replacement of the hot runner parts. The G5 tips are constructed from a conductive, wear-resistant hard metal, and the H5 nuts are machined from a hard, wear-resistant powder metallurgy steel. This capable combination enables them to perform under the most demanding applications and conditions.
