Ingersoll Cutting Tool’s (Rockford, IL) 3n1-Rounds series 45D...RP solid carbide roughing endmills feature not only high-feed geometry but variable pitch and chipsplitters, as well. This series covers a wide range of applications including slotting, pocketing, helical interpolation and contouring.

4- and 5-flute versions are available with a 38° helix and large corner radii to enable high-feed application. The serrated cutting edge features flat peaks, which leave a better surface finish when compared to competitors' roughing endmills. Diameters range from .250" to .750" and are supplied in proven, all-purpose grade IN2005.

The end result is an endmill that provides the greatest possible advantage in cavity milling and heavy roughing cuts.
