Hurco (Indianapolis, IN) will officially kick off its 40th Anniversary at WESTEC by featuring three of its newest machines: VMX42SR five-axis machining center, VM1P production machining center and TMM8 lathe with live tooling.

Hurco (Indianapolis, IN) will officially kick off its 40th Anniversary at WESTEC by featuring three of its newest machines: VMX42SR five-axis machining center, VM1P production machining center and TMM8 lathe with live tooling. The VMX42SR has a small footprint, swivel head and horizontal rotary table and special version of WinMax control software. The TMM8 and TMM10 multi-tasking machines/lathes with live tooling include C-axis standard and programming to .001 of a degree. The VM1P has fast rapids, fast tool changes and the ability to tap at 4,000 rpm with drill/tap functionality instead of a drill/tap machine that has minimal milling capability.
