RobbJack/Crystallume will highlight a variety of cutting tools, including its NS Series of variable-helix tools, designed to deliver faster speeds and feeds than traditional steel-cutting tools. Also on display will be threaded-shank tools, which are created from a single piece of solid carbide and are made with geometries specially designed for applications such as eliminating chatter, or enabling high-speed machining of titanium, aluminum or carbon fiber.

The company’s A1-303 series tools offer special polished flutes and patented geometries designed to eliminate chatter and vibration. They are said to produce faster feed rates, with increased performance and longer tool life. This tool series has been particularly successful in cutting aluminum in the automotive industry, the company says.
