DME has expanded mold base manufacturing capabilities at its three North American manufacturing centers in Windsor, Ontario, Canada; Youngwood, Pennsylvania; and Greenville, Michigan, enabling the company to produce large mold bases more quickly and efficiently for moldmakers. The increased capacity enables the DME Greenville, Michigan manufacturing center to produce mold base plates as long as 66", as wide as 54" and as thick as 13". Larger equipment work zones also accommodate tapping, chamfering, spot-facing, counterboring, slot-cutting, face milling, compound thread milling and other processes on the mold bases.
