O.R. Laser’s (Booth 713) LRS EVO Diode Line combination system for wire and powder cladding features an optional powder nozzle designed for low-cost and efficient welding of complex outlines. According to the company, it also works easily with precise, close-form structures from CAD software programs.

The welding system is well-suited for use in tool making, moldmaking, mechanical engineering and other industries that require high-strength, precision and deformation-free welding connections. Capable of handling small and medium workpieces ranging to 200 kg, the system features two motorized Z axes and movable resonators for increased flexibility in workpiece processing.
