Kitamura Machinery Of USA Inc. has partnered with CAMplete Solutions Inc. to develop TruePath software on Kitamura vertical and horizontal five-axis machining centers.

An integrated suite of post processing, verification and optimization tools dedicated to five-axis machining centers, CAMplete is designed to be a versatile and flexible TruePath software package that offers the end user everything he or she needs to analyze, modify, optimize and simulate multi-axis tool paths in an integrated environment.

Kitamura says its CAMplete TruePath product offers full G-code verification; accurate models provided directly by the company; prevention of crashes, near-crashes, over-travels and setup errors; setup verification; multiple machining strategies evaluation; toolpath optimization; minimization of tool lengths and fixture heights and direct integration with most CAM Software. Kitamura says that already it has established technical partnerships with more than 90 percent of the CAM market.
