At NPE 2015, De-Sta-Co will showcase a variety of automation tools and custom solutions designed to increase the productivity of plastic injection molding systems. The company’s booth will feature a series of end effectors built with its Accelerate Collection and MicroTooling lightweight components.

Accelerate Collection parts are made with high-strength aircraft aluminum, making them lighter than traditional steel parts and enabling users to increase production line speed without stressing other automation equipment. The MicroTooling line features the same weight-saving benefits, but its parts are specifically sized for the plastic injection molding market, the company says. These products are compact, modular and flexible, enabling users to build off of any two-axis or robotic automation equipment. MicroTooling and Accelerate Collection components can be combined to create lightweight end effectors for virtually any size requirement.

The De-Sta-Co booth also will feature vacuum cup and toolchanger demonstrations; Robohand grippers, slides and rotaries; as well as Camco indexers.
