MGS Mfg. Group will demonstrate several advanced manufacturing technologies, including in-mold assembly, multi-shot tooling/molding/equipment, automation systems, comprehensive process simulation and turnkey manufacturing systems. On display will be samples of threaded closure parts featuring a molded-in gasket and septum, along with videos and animations of the molding process.

MGS personnel will also discuss the company’s expanded capacities and capabilities for cleanroom molding at its plants in Wisconsin and Ireland. The company has also expanded its Universal Multishot Systems line of specialty molding equipment to include additional sizes and options for rotary platens and portable injection units.
