The XADC Armoloy from Armoloy of Western PA (Turtle Creek, PA) provides a unique nodular texture that creates a ball bearing like surface. This point-to-point surface contact lends itself to reduced friction, increased lubricant retention and lower operating temperature. The addition of the nano-diamond spheres to Armoloy TDC creates a new dimension in chromium coatings. Its enhanced performance levels have never been reached in the chromium coating industry. XADC Armoloy provides corrosion resistance, lower friction and release. It is a low temperature application and will withstand temperatures from -400oF to 1400oF.
