7500 Series FiberStar Workstations offer a significant competitive advantage for today’s medical device and micro component assembly marketplace. Fiber Diode technology produces a sharp, focused light beam that consistently melts a very small area of metal. The benefit of this technology is that very little heat is generated at the weld point allowing users to easily weld > 0,05mm from the most complicated and intricate component parts. Operators handhold or fixture parts in the welding chamber while viewing the application through a stereo-microscope. An internal crosshair allows the operator to easily align and weld the parts at the correct location. FiberStar Workstations are available in 50 and 70 Watt pulse and continuous wave (CW) output energy output levels. Our commitment to electrical design efficiency ensures the highest level of hot-light energy transfer from the Fiber Diode source thru the welding chamber. The result - a significant pulse-to-pulse energy stability advantage. The 7500 Series Workstations are an excellent value for today’s operators looking to unleash the power of hot light, benefit from a comfortable, ergonomic design, and ensure optimal platform technology. All LaserStar Products are FDA (CDRH) and CE certified. Complete service, support and technical assistance are available from any one of their national LaserStar Centers in RI, FL, TX and CA. All products are MADE IN USA.
