Visitors discovered solutions and ideas along the entire process chain that they could use to make their production more efficient. Formnext also displayed how additive manufacturing and Industry 4.0 are merging to generate automated production processes. Also, companies such as 3D Systems, Arburg, BigRep, EOS, HP, Multec, OR Laser, Stratasys, Trumpf and Voxeljet presented world premieres along the process chain.
The business deals and machine sales at the exhibition drive the evolution of the industry. The event also provides up-and-coming companies with an opportunity to meet investment and business partners. With its program of supporting events, Formnext is the place to be for newcomers. For example, during the international “TCT conference @ Formnext”, around 850 experts in additive manufacturing exchanged their experiences and knowledge.
