Westfall Technik Expands Operations
Westfall Technik has added assets to its portfolio in the mid-west and east coast with the purchase of an injection molding company to enhance their capabilities for consumer packaging.
Amaray’s North American business has been acquired by Westfall Technik Inc. Amaray US will work with Westfall management and its other companies to drive injection molding volumes to its US plants, providing more capacity and differentiated capabilities to their customers. Westfall plans to invest in and upgrade the Amaray US facilities to meet the demands of its diversified customer base. The addition of the two Amaray facilities adds 285,000 square feet of manufacturing space and expands Westfall’s presence in the Northeast.
