Charlie and Harrison Andrews acquire 50 percent ownership of VistaTek from the Mishek family.

After more than 20 years of ownership by the Mishek family, 50 percent of VistaTek has been acquired by the Andrews family. The ownership change enables a renewed focus on innovation to the company, while day-to-day operations remain the same to maintain focus to serve the company’s customers effectively.

To facilitate the added ownership group, Al Mishek sold his ownership stake to the Andrews family but will remain with the company as sales and account manager. Danny Mishek stays on as president. The deal also includes VistaTek’s sustainable product line, SelfEco

Charlie Andrews is VistaTek’s new director of operations and brings 10 years of experience in operations and quality from his previous role with Cummins Inc. His focus on continuous quality improvement will help the company enhance its processes and how it delivers to customers.

Harrison Andrews will focus on the company’s growth as its account manager. With a background in medical device sales with Arthrex, he will work to expand the company’s market share and build relationships with customers.
