Tooling Technology LLC Acquires FPM Tooling & Automation

Tooling Technology LLC has announced the acquisition of FPM Tooling & Automation in Fremont, Ohio.

FPM is a leader in the design and manufacture of custom industrial blow mold tooling and automation equipment for the automotive, houseware, recreational, industrial packaging, and toy markets.  FPM designs and produces form tooling and complete automated work cells used in the manufacture of automotive components, industrial containers and consumer products.  FPM’s Automation division also provides flexible work cells that incorporate robotic press loading, fastening, visual inspection, assembly, de-flashing, welding and packaging of finished parts.
