In addition, he has studied Marketing and Economics at UW-Madison and developed technical expertise in forging while attending Hammer Die and Press Die Design Technical School at the Forging Industry Association, (FIA) in Cleveland, Ohio.

Outside the office, Steve counsels high school students about careers in manufacturing as a skilled profession. He enjoys motorcycles, fishing, hunting, sports and spending time with his family.

His new responsibilities include managing 15 internal inside sales personnel. He also works directly with customers, representatives, distributors and outside sales.

In 2005, Nick met his future wife, a native of Poland, at Milwaukee’s Polish Fest. Together they have a six year old son, Lukas. Since then, Nick learned Polish to communicate more effectively with his in-laws. Nick’s command of the language has proved valuable when he visits and works at Superior’s plants in Bytow, Poland and Kielce, Poland.

Nick is an avid soccer player and fan.
