Rego-Fix Expands to New Location in Brazil
Rego-Fix Brasil’s new warehouse is located in Joinville, Santa Catarina, and strategically positions the company to respond quicker to customer needs.
With a steadfast business dedication to Brazil and all of South America, Rego-Fix (Whitestown, Indiana) announced on March 24 that it continues to expand its presence in that country to further service and support manufacturers. As a result, Rego-Fix Brasil is now fully incorporated and has moved into a new location and warehouse staffed with direct Rego-Fix employees.
Rego-Fix Brasil’s new location in Joinville, Santa Catarina, is said to strategically positions the company for quicker response times to customer needs. The facility will provide technical sales and applications support, along with repair and maintenance services, and Daniel Jacob, director of sales at Rego-Fix Brasil, will continue to head those operations.
"We’ve been well entrenched in Brazilian manufacturing for almost six years. This new incorporation will allow us to serve that industry to the utmost and for a long time to come,” says William Obras, general manager of the Americas at Rego-Fix.
According to the company, within the Brazilian automotive, agriculture/heavy vehicle, aerospace and medical/dental industries, many manufacturers already rely on the precision, accuracy and performance of its products. In particular, customers in industries that produce high-accuracy components on Swiss-style machines have reportedly benefited from Rego-Fix’s ER system developed particularly for that type of high-precision equipment.
