RJG presents its latest process control and networking systems at K 2019 and exhibiting how those systems fit into industry 4.0 and beyond. Industry 4.0 is all about using the technology available to streamline processes and become more efficient. RJG strives to help injection molding companies find their own Industry 4.0 through individualized solutions to achieve smart manufacturing in their facilities. The company will showcase technologies such as the Hub, which remotely accesses all data of all machines from wherever users need it. Advanced analytics enable users to increase visibility and decrease liability. The CoPilot collects machine and cavity pressure data, control processes and knows when a process deviates. During a tool launch, the company’s TZero Template Transfer predicts plastic flow and creates a swtup sheet before the mold is cut so good parts are produced from first shot. The company’s machine independent variables validate a mold once, then move it from machine to machine with minimal revalidation.
