Mastip Appoints Regional Sales Manager for Its Cleveland Office
Mastip adds Allen Virant to its team as the regional sales manager for its Cleveland office.
Mastip, a supplier of specialist hot runner solutions to the global plastics industry, announced the appointment of Allen Virant as regional sales manager. Based in Cleveland, Ohio, Virant’s role includes responsibility for sales, application development and technical support of Mastip’s thermally optimized hot runners and components in the Detroit metro area, Ohio, Pennsylvania and New York. In addition, Virant oversees the company’s new Cleveland office.
Virant has held a series of senior sales and service positions throughout the years with companies including Diamond Shamrock, Plasticolors, Ferro Corp. and Interstate Chemical. Most recently, he served as the national accounts–technical business manager for Greenchem Industries. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College.
