HRSflow relocates its Mexican service center to a larger facility at the Industrial Park Sotavento in Querétaro, Mexico. The new location has an increased floor space of nearly 10 times the previous facility, bringing the total to 2,691 square feet (250 square meters), and is customized to fit the company’s needs.

HRS is increasing customer support in the region by adding an engineering position dedicated to the Mexican market. Plans also include establishing positions in each area of the service center including administration, logistics, and technical and sales support. Other benefits include increased customer support efficiency and enhanced training capabilities.
