FANUC has merged all of its operations in the Americas into a single company named FANUC America Corp.

FANUC has merged all of its operations in the Americas into a single company named FANUC America Corp. The new company, headquartered in Rochester Hills, Mich., will be led by Rick Schneider, who has been appointed president and CEO. He had been president of FANUC Robotics America.

FANUC America will have 22 locations and combined annual sales in excess of $1 billion. The merger brings together the company’s full range of robotics, CNC systems and factory automation products and solutions.
