INCOE Corporation is saddened to announce the death of Eric “Rick” Seres on April 22, 2013 at age 69.  Mr. Seres was the owner of INCOE, dedicating nearly fifty years toward the management, development and growth of the hot runner system manufacturer.  During his tenure, Mr. Seres oversaw the advancement of hot runner technologies and was instrumental in expanding INCOE beyond the United States into international markets.  He is survived by his wife of fifty years, their three children and eight grandchildren.

In March 2013, Rick Seres appointed his successor, Eric Seres Jr. as Chief Executive Officer of INCOE.  Eric has played a central role in the growth of INCOE and brings a wealth of business knowledge and engineering experience to his new position.  Eric’s proven passion for the plastics injection molding industry and hands-on approach delivers the necessary innovation and leadership required to further the success and growth of INCOE.

Founded in 1958, INCOE Corporation is one of the largest family owned hot runner system manufacturers in North America. Headquartered in Troy Michigan, USA, INCOE serves over 35 countries with facilities located in North America, Europe, Asia, and South America.  The appointment of Eric Seres Jr. as CEO represents the transition to a 3rd generation of family ownership and management. Mr. Robert J. Hoff continues as President with the current management team.
