Cavalier Tool and Manufacturing will be the sole Canadian exhibitor at the Moulding Expo 2019, May 21-24 at Messe Stuttgart. The company will also be heading to Germany a week before the show opens on a tour of businesses with help from VDWF (The Association of German Tool and Moldmakers).
The company offers design for manufacturing, feasibility studies and upfront mold flow, cool warp simulations, all before tool manufacturing begins. They run steady production all the time, and for exact virtual simulations, the company utilizes the advanced “digital twin” technology. When a mold is ready, they will simulate all actions together to ensure no issues arise and will insure dimensionally correct parts by completing the tuning process.
